Niacinamide can reduce sebum production and lower the skin's oil content without drying out the skin. Niacinamide also exhibits anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and cleansing effects. Additionally, the Chinese mulberry bioflavonoids it contains are said to have antioxidant effects. The negative appearance of inflamed pimples can be corrected and the formation of new blackheads can be prevented.
Application:
- Cleanse your face thoroughly with a cleansing product.
- Follow with a cotton pad soaked in toner to cleanse your face, neck, and décolleté. This allows for optimal absorption of the active ingredients.
